It’s a system that allows the definition, calculation and management of the executive’s commissions, whose income has variable rent. This allows a high quality standard for the management of automated calculation of the commissions and simultaneously benefits the responsiveness. Likewise, it incorporates a better efficiency and flexibility in the variable components so it allows an alignment between commissions and business strategies, and the business requirements with the compensation system.
Gather has developed an application which allows planning, control and follow up of the training activities for either contents, trainees or trainers.
This allows to configure a custom profile of activities for each trainee and keep its records.
Since the system is available online the training and evaluations can be done remotely, which allows for an Enterprise to standardize their training activities through their different branches.
Gather has developed a system that collects data to be informed to IRS as well as a consultancy in the algorithms and calculation processes, for the preparation of an Affidavit and Tax Certificates according to regulations, along with a process of recalculation and rectification.
The system includes an application to download the Tax Certificates distinguished by Fund, Client and Taxation Year.
Voluntary Pension System
It’s a system that solves the operational and control processes of the Voluntary Pension System (VPS) business.
Contains: – Connection with the transactional system of the VPS’s saving registries – All processes for each kind of VPS savings. – All the information, reports and controls required by the Superintendency of Securities and Insurance, and the Superintendency of Pension Fund Administrators - Control of tax requirements for financial institutions and IRS. - VPS commercial management
It’s a system that provides information to the Contributors through the Monthly Balance Account. Keeps a record of the contributors and their transactions by Funds/Series, generates a structured and auditable control of transactions and data modifications, and provides information for management and administration of funds.
-Creation of Contributors and Investment Accounts.
-Creation of Funds/Series (and final liquidation if applicable).
-Daily Quota Value for each Fund/Series.
-Upload of Increase and Decrease of Capital (Investments and capital withdrawals), transfers and Dividends.

AULAS.CL is a system that helps to check both the training management and the knowledge acquired by the company’s employees. Its main activities is the generation of questions related to each area, from which randomized tests can be generated according to the selected category/area.
CICLO is system that standardizes and controls processes within a company.
Its components are: Process creation, Leads and Tasks.
Tasks are the main mechanisms for each process and are created based on: Creation Date, Responsible User, Checklist, Schedule, Files and Task Completion (rewind, fast forward or reassign the current task).
FATCA is a Consulting and Generation System for the reports required by the IRS with the data of the US Tax Payers whom are FFI’s Clients. For this we have divided the process in three items: Account Holder Classification, XML File Generation and Data Packet File Creation. We also provide counseling through all the stages of the process, including the company’s registration at the IRS..
